برای حل این مشکل به سرور خود SSH بزنید و دستور زیر را اجرا کنید:
chkconfig squid on ; chkconfig httpd on ; chkconfig IBSng on ; chkconfig postgresql on ; service postgresql restart ; service httpd restart ; service squid restart ; service IBSng restart ; exit
